Late summer brings some of the best in local produce and Joe has made the best of it with Cornucopia, his farmhouse style ale brewed with Sweet corn from Dan-D Farms (they have the cool corn maze you should visit!) south of Knoxville. This was beer was originally brewed appeal to the locals around Knoxville who were new to craft beer and it was met lots of enthusiasm. It is an earthy, Belgian style beer with a hint of fruit to round it out. Although very drinkable, it is also a very complex beer that intrigues the seasoned craft beer drinker as well as the novice.
We have packaged the first batch and it will be out to distributors the first week of September. It comes in both 60packs and on draft so be sure to ask for it at your favorite places! Last year we tucked some of this brew away in oak barrels and aged it along with Brett with great results. We plan to do that again this year so look for it next spring and summer in special releases! Happy Fall!

What is the ABV% on Cornucopia? Love this stuff and what you guys are doing!
This beer tastes great.
I think its a great stepping stone beer, one that has a few differnt levels of flavor and not to over powering to scare away any bud light drinkers. Plus i love the fact that it uses the sweet corn that everyone loves (and you can actualy tell). I look forward to more original ideas out of this awsome brewery.
Just tried Cornucopia, its fantastic. Reminds me of Boulevards Tank 7. Good stuff.
